Have not tried to make any appointments recently but when I got some bad symptoms on the 8th February and phoned the surgery the doctor phoned me back within 2 hours and then saw me almost straight away in the surgery.
Suggested improvements
Absolutely nothing. Entirely satisfied with our experience from beginning to end.
The doctor - Dr Beth - was very thorough, professional and took time to explain everything to my wife and I.

Fortnightly blood test so appointments made in advance but struggle to get an appointment for anything else

Found recently that appointments have been available far quicker , excellent reception team who are super friendly and efficient, feel everything I have had has been dealt with quickly and felt supported

Maybe some seats that don’t squeak every time you move in the waiting area but honestly I have been really impressed by my recent visits
